The new camper van parking site is idyllically located below Wittlich's vineyards. Thanks to its direct proximity to the sports centre, sports and leisure amenities, such as swimming or horse-riding are possible at any time for visitors to the town. Both the town centre and the old mill “Bastenmühle” can be reached by foot within a short time. The Maare-Moselle Cycle Trail and the “Lieserpfad” rambling path lie in front of your “front door”.The camper van parking site is supplemented by a service station which has been established by Wittlich municipal services in the direct vicinity. Here, travellers can obtain supplies and dispose of waste in an exemplary manner. For € 1 you obtain approx. 50 to 80 litres of fresh water.
A fee of € 5 per day is charged for the use of the parking site which can be paid at the citizens' service in the Town Hall, in the Vitelliusbad as well as to the Municipal Services supervisory personnel.
